Chef Dina Paz is an independent culinary consultant, educator, food advocate, and an unabashed lover of street food. She received her degree from the Culinary Institute of Colorado in Denver and trained under the late Noel Cunningham of Strings Restaurant fame.
Over the course of 15 years Dina has transitioned from restaurant chef to product development manager at Mont Blanc Gourmet creating delicious, new beverage programs for the specialty coffee industry.
Today Chef Dina is the the owner of Pazitive Provisions, a culinary consulting company focused on a range of services from helping national foodservice and CPG companies develop and scale new and emerging brands to creating and promoting fruits and vegetables for national produce boards across the nation.
Chef Dina also partners with organizations who strive to end childhood obesity and food insecurity. Her work with LiveWell Colorado@School Food Initiative allows her to promote the importance and yumminess of fruits and vegetables in areas where there is high food insecurity and lack of access. She’s a self-proclaimed fruit and veggie peddler!
